Terms and Conditions for Admission Tickets to the “Spanish Nights” Event Series at Olivia Star
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry in the event of no available spaces, participant lateness, or for organizational or safety reasons.
The admission ticket entitles the holder to a one-time participation in the selected “Spanish Nights” event held on the 34th floor of Olivia Star and is valid only for the date selected during purchase. After the event ends, the ticket becomes invalid and is not eligible for reuse or refund.
Failure to use the ticket in whole or in part does not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange for another date or event.
Ticket Usage Rules:- The ticket must be presented at the entrance to the event in either electronic or printed form.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a ticket if it is damaged, illegible, counterfeit, or invalid.
- The ticket is valid only for the “Spanish Nights” event organized at Olivia Star.
- Tickets may not be resold to third parties for commercial or speculative purposes without the Organizer’s consent.
- The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the ticket purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the event to which the ticket applies has not taken place before the end of this period and the ticket has not been used.
- The number of places available for the event is limited.
- Participants are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the event starts. Entry after the concert has begun may be limited or not possible.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule, artists, or event program for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a ticket refund.
- The Organizer shall not be held responsible for items left unattended during the event.
- In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, participants are entitled to a refund or the option to attend another available date.
