[email protected]. Failure to make a reservation may result in refusal to honor the voucher.
2. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
3. Any unused value of the voucher will be forfeited and is non-refundable in any form.
4. Voucher redemption:
* The voucher must be presented to the restaurant staff in either electronic or printed form.
* The seller reserves the right to refuse redemption if the voucher is damaged, altered, forged, or invalid.
* The voucher can be used exclusively for gastronomic services at the designated restaurant.
1. The voucher may not be resold to third parties for commercial or speculative purposes.
2. The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, provided the voucher has not been used in whole or in part.
3. By making the purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
