Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. Voucher redemption requires prior table reservation at +48 731 334 332 or via email: [email protected]. Failure to make a reservation may result in refusal to honor the voucher.

2. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

3. Any unused value of the voucher will be forfeited and is non-refundable in any form.

4. Voucher redemption:

• The voucher must be presented to the restaurant staff in either electronic or printed form.

• The seller reserves the right to refuse redemption if the voucher is damaged, altered, forged, or invalid.

• The voucher can be used exclusively for gastronomic services at the designated restaurant.

1. The voucher may not be resold to third parties for commercial or speculative purposes.

2. The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, provided the voucher has not been used in whole or in part.

3. By making the purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
